About this deal

It provides an entry point into a spiritual Islam that every parent would like to give to their children, and illuminating their own understanding in the process. This beautifully illustrated sound book has been specially designed to help children and adults, alike, memorise, understand, act upon and make dua’ using the beautiful names of Allah. It does make reading the book, esp the first part, rather difficult because of long and wordy sentences. We recommend that the parcel is packaged securely to prevent any damage whilst in transit and that proof of postage is retained. Imam Ghazali is one of the most prominent scholars of the islamic world particularly in terms of islamic jurisprudence.

This short book, 12 PRACTICAL GUIDES TO MEMORIZING THE QUR’AN, serves as a starting point in which readers can begin their journey to better memorizes the Holy Qur’an. And this is my favourite bit [reflections and activities] because it’s really good for people who don’t actually teach…for parents who don’t always know what kind of questions to ask and how to ask children. The way imam Al Ghazali talk about how we can aspire to take Allah's attributes (as a human, of course), is often by reminding us that it is impossible to achieve most of His attributes because we are human beings.Part one is theoretical; part two makes Allah's name relevant and Ghazzali brilliantly shows us how we can make manifest each of Allah's names in our life. With the illustrations, text and design, the subtlety and depth of the 99 Names is rendered in beautifully clear terms for children of all ages. Like any spiritual tradition, mystical interpretations are often hinted at in the main body of religious texts, but other books are needed to decipher the inner mysteries of an established canon.

Both the Qur’an and sayings of the Prophet (Hadiths) state the importance of learning them and promise reward for reciting them in supplications and prayers.

Presidents of countries and fakirs from the streets, the proud and the humble, the high-ranking and the low-ranking, the ordinary and the extraordinary, the extremely poor and the extremely rich all sat side by side in his presence. In its presentation it is so accessible, gentle, and opening for the heart for both children and parents, and extended family, who might study these Names together, reflecting on the qualities they evoke. This book is mostly dedicated to every Shia who is willing to listen to constructive criticism with an open heart and an enlightened mind. Although some of the book is rigorously analytical, the author never fails to attract the reader with his profound mystical and ethical insights, which, conveyed in his sincere and straightforward idiom, have made of this book one of the perennial classics of Muslim thought, popular among Muslims to this day.
