About this deal

For mine I took an old leather belt and sniped off the buckle and belt notches (so make sure it's LONG). Knowing that I would need to be able to access this central chamber for the purpose of installing or moving lights, and changing the batteries, I opted to epoxy velcro strips to the back of the box and the middle of the chest console. However a good wine bottle box should work too - as long as it's sturdy cardboard and has as little writing/embossing on it as possible. But if you're smarter than me, you will do all the scraping outside, thus saving your living room from having everything in it covered in a fine coating of silver dust. The chest is constructed from mixed materials with a fibreglass shell with rear cover of hardboard with affixed interior details printed on paper these are photographic reductions of circuitry visible through windows to each side of the chest of perspex construction.

I tried putting clear coat on the pants the third time around but it didn't seem to do that much good but FYI. Last touch- I bought for round black jacket buttons from Jo-Ann and glued them in the square pattern in the lower right panel so I would have a fake 'control' to hit and "activate" my helmet gun. LittleBigPlanet”, “LittleBigPlanet logo”, “Sackboy” and “Sackgirl” are trademarks or registered trademarks of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe.I primed and sprayed these silver which worked fine but the paint tends to crack when worn so I plan to use the leather spray on them before wearing them again. An original 1960s Cyberman helmet used in the production of the long running BBC television series Doctor Who, during the reign of Patrick Troughton as The Doctor. For the grating, I found a discarded bit of modular shelving with the appropriate diamond-shaped pattern. So he provided me with a light board sporting several LEDs on wires of various lengths, so I could experiment with various arrangements inside the box. Now all we get on BBC America is a 15-second spot during advert breaks with small blurbs that just leave you wanting to see more - like those on PBS (which, sadly, many PBS stations don't do anymore because hardly any run 'Doctor Who' these days, and they only ran the Classics).

Etsy’s 100% renewable electricity commitment includes the electricity used by the data centres that host Etsy. While the design may have changed over the years, there are few Doctor Who villains that strike more fear than the Cybermen! Held in place with epoxy, the opening at the center allows for a bright white LED on the end of a long wire to be pushed through from the inside of the mask. I took the button-shaped part of the connectors and sewed them into the seams along the clavicle of my Cyberman suit, so I can hang the console from my shoulders just like fastening a pair of overalls.I cut them off just above the knees and added velcro strips on both sides of the knees of the wetsuit so the leggings would fit over them with about 2 inches overlap. I'm playing with stronger adhesive and a foam neck brace to balence it on me without wobble and keep the panel shut. What I did was to cut the straps off of the overalls, and glue (and then wire-mount) the ends to the back of the console. However throughout the remainder of the classic series some form of unit over the chest appeared to act like an external cardiovascular system for the creatures.

I stitched two seams into the back of each hand, just for decoration really, then painted it all silver. Okay we had a few Simm Masters, the odd Toby, Cassandra, Host - but nothing much that was *classic* and iconic.Instead, I traced the edges of the tape with Sharpie, removed the flashing tape and then painted in the areas with black oil paints. All together, it's a challenge to get into the costume, but it is fairly easy to wear once you have it on.
